The Christensen Corporation is a family-based company that was established in Fremont over 70 years ago, when gasoline cost 10 cents a gallon and the electric toaster was considered amazing.
Our primary objectives are quality projects, talented staff, and continuous improvement.
The corporation built and now manages 2 apartment complexes in Fremont. It also has an interest in Deerfield Meadow, a lake-centered development of single family homes on Fremont’s southeastern border.
We provide professional management and maintenance services for all of our residential properties. After 70 years we are still working to improve our quality, value, and living environments. Modern technology has helped us meet our goals, but we still think the electric toaster was a pretty amazing idea.
